My photo shoot canceled last minute so I played around in my kit to release some creative energy before my head popped off.

I did make up on some of the back up dancers alongside Valerie Hernandez and Daniela Richardson. 

It made for an interesting day.  The best part of the day was lunch, hands down. 

Stealing Sucks PSA (feat. His Orchest

Here's a PSA I donated my time for, it seemed like a good cause. Directed by Michael Medico, produced by Hiko Mitsuzuka and starring the members of the band His Orchestra , this is the second PSA for the American Association of Independent Music (www.a2im.org). Shot in Burbank in May 2009.  While I was packing up my kit, Marilyn Manson started rehearsing in the studio next to ours. I stuck around for the free show, it was the best part of the day :) 

Who's to Blame" by Sugar Knives, feat. Brett Anderson of The Donnas

Sugar Knives are a high-energy, greasy rock fry-up drawing comparisons to hi-wattage acts like Thin Lizzy, The Stooges, X, and The Raconteurs, with some good ol' 80's punk thrown in for kicks. Brett Anderson of the Donnas even stopped by to lend her amazing pipes to this X-style duet, entitled Who's to Blame.  I did the make up, of course.
